From April 30- November 30 the City of St. John’s will collect yard waste in paper yard waste bags only. Just place the paper yard waste bags at the curb and they will be collected biweekly on the same day as your recycling day. Leaves in paper yard waste bags will be composted and used in future landscaping projects.
